Step-by-Step Guide to downloading

Step 1: Download the Ayushman Bharat App

1. Open the Google Play Store (Android) or App Store (iOS).
2. Search for “Ayushman Bharat PM-JAY” or “PMJAY” (the official app).
3. Tap Install to download.

Step 2: Open the App & Register/Login

1. Launch the app and select your preferred language.
2. Tap “Login/Register”.
3. Enter your mobile number and tap “Generate OTP”.
4. Enter the OTP received to verify.

Step 3: Check Eligibility (If Not Already Enrolled)

1. After logging in, tap “Am I Eligible?” or “Check Eligibility”.
2. Choose verification method:

• Aadhaar Number
• Ration Card Number
• Mobile Number & Family Details

2. Tap “Submit” to check eligibility.

Step 4: Access Your Ayushman Card

1. Your Ayushman Card (e-card) will display on the screen.

3. Save the card to your device or share via email/WhatsApp.

1. Open the downloaded PDF/image from your device’s Files or Gallery.

• If the card isn’t visible, ensure your mobile number is linked to your Ayushman Bharat registration.
• Contact PM-JAY helpline (14555) or visit pmjay.gov.in for support.
