1. Introduction
The Odisha Motor Transport Driver and Worker Welfare Board (ODW) aims to enhance the socio-economic well-being of motor transport drivers and workers. This guideline outlines the awareness strategies, enrolment process, benefits, and governance mechanisms of the Board’s welfare schemes.
3. Enrolment Process
Eligibility Criteria:
- Age: 18–59 years.
- Occupation: Proof of employment (e.g., driving license, employer certificate).
- Residency: Domicile of Odisha.
3.1 Document Requirements
- Identity Proof: Aadhaar, Voter ID, or PAN.
- Address Proof: Utility bill/ration card.
- Occupation Proof: Driving license, vehicle RC, or employer affidavit.
- Bank Account Details: Passbook/cancelled cheque.
- Passport-sized photographs (2 copies).
